Bar Brutal is dropping a major comeback. The Barcelona restaurant returns with a two-day curated experience celebrating food, music, and community.
Known as a gathering place for natural wine lovers and the creatively curious, Bar Brutal brings it all once again to Tbilisi, inviting along the way an all-star line-up.
FRIDAY 24 APRIL: Long-time friends and talented restaurateurs Ed Wilson and Josie Stead from iconic London Brawn will be setting the tone with a Mediterranean-style Supra, a generous long-table dinner format only Georgia has the secret to, hosted on the rooftop of Stamba Hotel. As the icing on the cake, London saxophonist and performer Nubya Garcia and her band will deliver a live performance in the Rooms Garden. Locals MokuMoku, on warming-up duties, should set the scene right!
SATURDAY 25 APRIL: Sound sculptor and music legend Theo Parrish takes over the amphitheater of Stamba Hotel for a late-afternoon dancing journey. William Gleave, at the controls of Sargasso (Brawn’s seacoast little sister), will deliver the needed pop-up food energy to keep moving all night long!
Also, as an additional part of the program, Warehouse presents works by Ninka Skhiereli (b. 1991), a Tbilisi-based self-taught artist exploring the subconscious and non-linear time. The exhibition features the original paintings that inspired the limited-edition wine labels created in collaboration between the artist and Warehouse for the Bar Brutal × Stamba event.
Weekend wine flowing, curated by Warehouse & Bar Brutal. Save the date for a wild second episode of communal dinners, live performances, sickest playlists, eats and drinks, and the best Spanish and Georgian natural wines!

Theo Parrish is a legendary selector, producer, and DJ from Detroit. Dedicating his life to discovering, creating, and playing forward-thinking music, Theo is widely regarded as one of the architects of club culture. His sets unfold as musical journeys that come from his vast experience and an intuitive ability to respond to the moment. For Bar Brutal x Stamba Vol. 2, Theo Parrish takes over the Stamba Amphitheatre with an extended set, prioritizing continuity over peaks and gradually guiding the crowd from afternoon into late night.

Nubya Garcia brings the heat to the Rooms Garden with a live band performance. One of the defining voices in contemporary UK jazz, the London-based saxophonist and composer has helped shape new jazz through her acclaimed solo work and collaborations, blending jazz, Afro-Caribbean rhythms, and improvisation into a sound that's both expansive and grounded.

Opening the night at the Rooms Garden, MokuMoku kicks things off with a high-voltage performance. The 8-piece cross-genre band fuses jazz, hip-hop, funk, and rock into energetic, improvisational live shows, with a genre-fluid sound shaping Georgia's alternative scene.

Brawn is one of London's most influential neighbourhood restaurants, known for its seasonal, ingredient-led cooking and new-age energy. Chef-proprietors Ed Wilson and Josie Stead have shaped a lively open-kitchen atmosphere alongside a standout natural and biodynamic wine list, turning Brawn into a contemporary benchmark where great plates and pours meet. Stamba x Bar brutal vol 2 introduces a new, special menu: a meeting of two kitchens and two cultures, shaped by seasonality, provenance and the pleasure of coming together around the table.

On April 25, The Stamba Amphitheatre hosts a food pop-up by Sargasso – Brawns coastal little sister. The Margate-based restaurant and wine bar is known for its seasonal, ingredient-led cooking and the rebellious, vibrant pulse of contemporary viticulture. Sargasso brings a menu of simple, shareable bites designed to be enjoyed throughout the full duration of the programme, from afternoon into midnight, made for long sessions and easy movement between music, food, and wine. The experience is paired with a wine selection curated by Warehouse and Bar Brutal.
