Bar Brutal is dropping a major comeback. The Barcelona restaurant returns with a two-day curated experience celebrating food, music, and community.
Known as a gathering place for natural wine lovers and the creatively curious, Bar Brutal brings it all once again to Tbilisi, inviting along the way an all-star line-up.
FRIDAY 24 APRIL: Long-time friends and talented restaurateurs Ed Wilson and Josie Stead from iconic London Brawn will be setting the tone with a Mediterranean-style Supra—a generous long-table dinner format only Georgia has the secret to—hosted on the rooftop of Stamba Hotel. Stay for the afterparty, where Ruby Savage takes over with a carefully curated selection to carry the night forward.
SATURDAY 25 APRIL: Master selector and deep-digging tastemaker Sadar Bahar from Chicago fires up the Stamba's amphitheatre for a late-night dancing experience rooted in soul, disco, funk, and rare groove traditions. William Gleave, at the controls of Sargasso (Brawn's seacoast little sister), will deliver the needed pop-up food energy to keep moving all night long.
Also, as an additional part of the program, Warehouse presents works by Ninka Skhiereli (b. 1991), a Tbilisi-based self-taught artist exploring the subconscious and non-linear time. The exhibition features the original paintings that inspired the limited-edition wine labels created in collaboration between the artist and Warehouse for the Bar Brutal × Stamba event.
Weekend wine flowing, curated by Warehouse & Bar Brutal. Save the date for a wild second episode of communal dinners, live performances, sickest playlists, eats and drinks, and the best Spanish and Georgian natural wines!

Sadar Bahar is a revered selector, cultural historian, and DJ from Chicago. Dedicated to uncovering, preserving, and sharing rare and soulful music, Sadar has built a reputation as one of the most trusted voices in deep crate culture. His vinyl-to-vinyl sets unfold as immersive journeys shaped by decades of collecting and an instinctive connection to the dancefloor. For Bar Brutal x Stamba Vol. 2, Sadar Bahar anchors the Stamba Amphitheatre, prioritizing flow over peaks and guiding the crowd from evening into the depths of midnight.

Ruby Savage is a dynamic DJ and radio host who has taken her versatile sound on club and festival tours around the world. Since relocating from her hometown Amsterdam to London in 2007, she spent the next 15 years working in music. Starting behind the counter at Honest Jon's Record store, she deepened her record collection with an extended love for soul, jazz, disco, dub and dance music. Her time working with Sound Signature and Brownswood Recordings served as a stepping stone into DJing, eventually leading to a monthly residency on London's NTS radio. For Bar Brutal x Stamba Vol. 2, Ruby Savage lays it down for the after-hours, taking over the decks following the Mediterranean Supra on day one.

Sandro Jorbenadze, also known as DJ Sendnudes, is a familiar face in the Georgian club scene. A core member of the Vodkast Records and CES families, he also runs PalmStructure Records, a label that has been showcasing emerging Georgian producers since 2017. Known for his wide and carefully curated selections, Sandro brings a distinct presence and deep musical knowledge to every dancefloor, further shaping the local community as one of the organizers of Trust Festival. For Bar Brutal x Stamba Vol. 2, Sandro steps up to the decks from 5-8PM on day one, setting the early pace with an opening set for Sadar Bahar.

Brawn is one of London's most influential neighbourhood restaurants, known for its seasonal, ingredient-led cooking and new-age energy. Chef-proprietors Ed Wilson and Josie Stead have shaped a lively open-kitchen atmosphere alongside a standout natural and biodynamic wine list, turning Brawn into a contemporary benchmark where great plates and pours meet. Stamba x Bar brutal vol 2 introduces a new, special menu: a meeting of two kitchens and two cultures, shaped by seasonality, provenance and the pleasure of coming together around the table.

On April 25, The Stamba Amphitheatre hosts a food pop-up by Sargasso – Brawns coastal little sister. The Margate-based restaurant and wine bar is known for its seasonal, ingredient-led cooking and the rebellious, vibrant pulse of contemporary viticulture. Sargasso brings a menu of simple, shareable bites designed to be enjoyed throughout the full duration of the programme, from afternoon into midnight, made for long sessions and easy movement between music, food, and wine. The experience is paired with a wine selection curated by Warehouse and Bar Brutal.
